My name is Nina
I have been cleaning for about 27 years. We are a family-based cleaning company, and I am a professional cleaner in both commercial and residential work. I am the owner and the operator — I don't just run this from a desk.
Cleaning will be one less thing you have to think or worry about. I enjoy helping people keep their homes and office spaces clean so they can enjoy their lives, live a little, and not worry about making time for cleaning and organising. Leave that work to us.
My company offers daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly cleaning, one-time cleans, party clean-ups and much more.

Not values on a wall — the specific things a cleaner is expected to do, including the awkward ones.
The checklist is not negotiable
Every visit works the same published list in the same order. A cleaner having a fast day does not get to skip the parts nobody would notice — that is exactly the part clients notice three weeks later.
Say it before the invoice, not after
If a job needs more time than we quoted, you get a call while there is still a decision to make. Nobody discovers a bigger number at the end.
Report the accident
Cleaners are told to tell us when something breaks, never to hide it. We are insured precisely so that honesty costs a cleaner nothing.
Turn down what we can't do well
Carpet extraction, hood and duct cleaning, mould remediation — we refer those to Birmingham specialists we trust. Taking work we're not equipped for is how you end up with a bad review you deserved.
