Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Nina Clean collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be impenetrable.

What we collect
Only what you send us. If you fill in the quote or contact form, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, the address or area of the property, and whatever you tell us about the job.

What we don't collect
This site does not use advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or third-party social media widgets. We do not buy, sell or trade personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
The service-area map on this site is drawn from public-domain US Census data and rendered by us directly, so viewing it does not send any request to a mapping provider or set any third-party cookie.
Why we use it
To prepare and send your quote, to arrange and carry out work you book, and to contact you about that work. That is the whole purpose. We will not use your details for anything else without asking you first.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services, which hosts this website and processes the message in transit. The cleaner assigned to your job sees what they need in order to do it — the address, access arrangements and any notes you've left.
We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are legally required to.
Analytics
If website analytics are enabled, they measure aggregate traffic — which pages are read and how people arrive — and are configured with IP anonymisation. They are not used to identify individuals and are not linked to any enquiry you send.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted once they are clearly no longer live. Records relating to work we carried out are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and insurance purposes, and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll deal with it — there is no process to navigate.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
