Does the home need to be empty?
It works best empty, because we can reach inside every closet and cabinet and behind every appliance — exactly where an inspection looks. We can clean around furniture, but tell us at booking so the quote reflects the real time.
Will this satisfy my landlord's inspection?
Our move-out checklist is built around what walk-throughs actually check. If your landlord or agent has their own list, send it and we'll work to theirs directly. No honest cleaner can guarantee a deposit back, because deposits also cover damage and wear — what we remove is the cleanliness portion, which is usually the largest disputed part.
Should I clean before or after moving my furniture out?
After. An empty home lets us reach inside closets, behind appliances and along baseboards. Cleaning around furniture usually means paying for a second visit later.
Can you clean the carpets too?
Carpet vacuuming is included. Hot-water extraction and steam cleaning need specialist equipment — tell us and we'll point you to a Birmingham service we trust rather than pretending we do it.
