Common questions
Do you follow a documented cleaning protocol?
Yes. Each practice gets a written protocol covering zones, products, equipment separation and order of work, agreed with you before the first visit. If your practice has its own protocol, we work to yours instead.
How do you prevent cross-contamination between rooms?
Colour-coded cloths and mop heads dedicated to each zone, with washrooms and utility areas always cleaned last and never with equipment that has been used elsewhere. Equipment is laundered between sites, not just between rooms.
Do you handle clinical or regulated waste?
No. We move general waste to your designated point and never handle clinical, sharps or regulated waste — that stays with your licensed contractor. We would rather tell you that plainly than take work we're not certified for.
Who will actually be in our practice?
A small, consistent team who have worked clinical sites before, briefed on your protocol before their first visit. It is a family-run company, so the people entering your practice are known to us personally rather than agency staff who change week to week.
