For your business
Commercial cleaning in Birmingham
Offices, medical and dental practices, churches and schools, retail and gyms. A written scope of work agreed before we start, the same crew on your building, and scheduling that keeps your team out of our way — and us out of theirs.
Sectors
What we clean
Each sector gets its own scope, its own crew training and its own schedule. A dental practice and a gym have almost nothing in common beyond needing to be spotless before the doors open.

What a facilities manager actually needs
Not adjectives. A documented scope, consistent people, current paperwork and someone accountable when it slips.
A written scope, agreed before we start
Every contract begins with a scope of work you approve — room by room, task by task, at an agreed frequency. It means nobody is ever arguing about whether something was included, and it means a change of crew doesn't mean a change of standard.
The same crew on your building
We keep the same people on your site so they learn its layout, its access and its quirks. When someone is away, their replacement reads your site's documentation before arriving — because it lives with us, not in one person's memory.
Licensed and insured, with the paperwork up front
Nina Clean holds Alabama business licence 2602879 and carries $1,000,000 in liability insurance. We send the certificate before the first visit rather than when someone finally asks.
Nina inspects the work
The owner still walks sites. Not a regional manager two states away — the person whose name is on the company, checking the building against the scope you signed off.
Getting started
How a contract begins
No commercial quote is credible from a form alone. Square footage tells you almost nothing about how long a building takes.
- 1
A walk-through, on site
We visit, measure the real scope, and ask about access, security, quiet hours and anything your last cleaner got wrong.
- 2
A written scope and price
Room by room, task by task, at an agreed frequency, with a fixed monthly figure. You approve it before anything starts.
- 3
Paperwork before the first visit
Certificate of insurance and Alabama licence details, sent across without you needing to chase them.
- 4
A 30-day review
Nina walks the building with you a month in, against the scope you signed. Anything that isn't right gets fixed or the scope gets corrected.
Let's walk your building
Tell us what you run and where it is, and we'll arrange a walk-through and come back with a written scope and a fixed monthly price.
