Every cleaning company in Birmingham will tell you they have a checklist. Here is ours — all of it, for every service, in the order it's worked. A standard visit is 27 checkpoints; a deep clean is considerably more.
Why publish it
Because 'clean' is otherwise just an opinion
Nearly every dispute between a cleaner and a client comes down to the same thing: two people had different ideas about what was included, and nobody wrote it down. The client thinks the baseboards were obviously part of it. The cleaner had four hours and a house that needed six.
A published list fixes that before it happens. You know exactly what you are buying, our cleaners know exactly what finished looks like, and if something on the list was missed, there is nothing to argue about — we come back and do it.
It also means a change of cleaner is not a change of standard. The list does not care who is holding the cloth.
