What cleaning actually costs in Birmingham
We price on the size and condition of your home, not an hourly meter. The ranges below cover most homes we clean; your quote is a single fixed number, agreed before anyone starts work, and it does not change unless you ask us to do more.

- Recurring ranges are per visit. Weekly works out toward the lower end; monthly sits higher, because more accumulates between visits.
- The first visit on a new recurring schedule is normally priced as a deep clean, because it takes two to three times as long. Every visit after it is cheaper.
- All prices include supplies, equipment and travel inside our service area.
- Add-ons are quoted per item when you book — inside cabinets, interior windows, blinds, laundry and the like.
- Homes in heavy condition are quoted after photos or a walk-through. We would rather price it honestly than surprise you on the day.
- Commercial work is always quoted per site after a walk-through — square footage alone never tells you enough.
No small print
What we never charge you for
Worth checking against anyone else you're considering — all of this is standard practice in the Birmingham market.
No cancellation fee
Skip, move or cancel any visit at no cost. A $50 fee for changing a booking inside 24 hours is standard in this market. We don't do it.
No contract
Nothing to sign, nothing to give notice on, no minimum number of visits. Stay because the work is good.
No deposit taken up front
You're charged after the clean is done, not when you book it. Nothing is held on your card in the meantime.
The quote is the price
The number we agree is the number you pay. If a home turns out to need more time than the photos suggested, we call you before doing the work — never after.
The guarantee
Put right within 24 hours, or refunded
If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it at no charge. If you would rather we didn't come back, we refund that visit instead. Several companies here offer a re-clean but state plainly that they give no refunds — we think that choice should be yours, not ours.

How much does house cleaning cost in Birmingham?
Most Birmingham homes are quoted as a flat price based on square footage, bathroom count and condition, rather than an hourly rate — so you know the cost before anyone arrives. A recurring clean of a typical three-bedroom home runs $140–170, and a first-time deep clean is $195–225 because it takes two to three times as long. Send us your details and we'll quote the same day.
Why is the first clean more expensive?
The first visit is usually a deep clean, which reaches everything a maintenance visit has no time for — inside appliances, grout, baseboards, vents and behind furniture. Once a home is at that baseline, holding it there takes far less time, so every visit after the first is cheaper.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
No. Skip, move or cancel any visit at no cost, and there is no contract to leave. This is worth checking with anyone you're comparing us against — a $50 fee for changing a booking inside 24 hours is common in the Birmingham market, and it is not something we do.
Do I tip my cleaner?
It's never expected and never added automatically. Our cleaners are paid a proper wage rather than a tipped one. If you'd like to tip you can add it to any visit and it goes to your cleaner in full.
