House cleaning
Recurring house cleaning in Birmingham
The clean that keeps a home steady. You choose the rhythm — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — and we send the same cleaner each visit, so they learn your home instead of relearning it. Every visit works through the same published checklist, so 'clean' means the same thing in March as it did in January.

Questions
Common questions
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, and most clients aren't. You give us an entry method — a key, a lockbox code or a smart-lock code — and come home to a finished house. Codes are stored encrypted, used only by your assigned cleaner, and revoked the day you stop service.
Can I skip a visit if I'm away?
Yes. Skip, move or pause any visit up to 24 hours beforehand at no cost. There is no contract and no cancellation fee — unlike much of the Birmingham market, we don't charge you for changing your plans.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
That's the intent, and it's what happens on the large majority of visits. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday we tell you in advance and send someone who has read your home's notes first.
How often should I book?
Every two weeks suits most Birmingham homes and is the most common choice. Weekly makes sense for larger families, homes with pets, or anyone who would rather never think about it. Monthly works, but more accumulates between visits, so each one takes longer.
