Do you charge less for a small apartment?
Yes. Pricing follows the actual space, so a one-bedroom is quoted as a one-bedroom. Several Birmingham companies apply a house-sized minimum to apartments; we don't.
How do you handle building access and parking?
Tell us the arrangement at booking — fob, concierge, visitor bay, loading dock hours — and we schedule around it. In buildings with quiet hours we work inside them.
Can you do a lease move-out clean on an apartment?
Yes, and it's one of the most common apartment bookings. It's cleaned to the same empty-home standard as a house move-out, including inside all cabinets and appliances.
