House cleaning

Post-construction and renovation cleaning

Construction dust is not ordinary dust. It is fine, it keeps settling for days, and a single pass just moves it around. We clean renovated spaces in stages — top down, then again once the air has settled — so the dust leaves the house instead of resettling on it.

Questions

Common questions

When should you come in after the work finishes?

After the last trade has left and any dust-producing work is genuinely done. Cleaning before that means paying twice. We normally do the bulk stage on day one and return for the settle pass a day or two later.

Do you work with contractors directly?

Often. We can invoice the contractor or the homeowner, and schedule around a handover date so the space is ready for the final walk-through.

Can you handle a whole-house renovation?

Yes. Whole-house projects are quoted per project after a walk-through or a set of photos — scope varies far too much for a flat rate.

Tell us about your home and we'll come back with a flat price, usually the same day.
