Where Nina Clean works

Birmingham is home base. We clean across the city — from the historic streets of Forest Park and Highland Park to the loft conversions downtown — and the short drives mean we can usually fit new bookings in within the same week.

Homewood is one of our busiest rounds, mostly biweekly visits to the bungalows and cottages around Edgewood and Hollywood, scheduled while people are at work.

Mountain Brook work is detailed work. The homes are larger and older than the metro average, and our visits here are booked with more time per square foot because the finish is the point.

Vestavia Hills is a steady biweekly round for us, split between the mid-century homes up on the mountain and the newer builds out toward Liberty Park.

Hoover is our largest suburban round, and the homes here are on average the biggest we clean — which makes the published checklist matter more, not less.

Trussville is a northeast round for us, and an unusually split one — historic cottages on one side of town and large new-build subdivisions on the other.

Chelsea is one of the fastest-growing parts of Shelby County, and nearly all of our work here is recurring visits to newer family homes.

Helena is a Shelby County round we run alongside Pelham, mostly biweekly family homes and a steady stream of move-outs.

Pelham sits on our main Shelby County run, between Hoover and Alabaster, and it's one of the areas where we can usually offer a choice of days rather than a single slot.

Alabaster is the southern end of our Shelby County round, and almost all of the work here is recurring visits to family homes.

Bessemer is the western edge of our area, covering the older streets in town and the newer housing out toward McCalla and Lakeview.

Leeds is the eastern end of our area, taking in the older town centre and the newer housing spreading out toward Moody and the Grand River developments.
